Need to find a new tank and some side covers. Looks like a roughly $160 investment on eBay. Also need to finish off the rear section and figure out some turn signals. Trying to decide if I want to add some sort of cafe fairing or something down the line... still don’t have any gauges whatsoever but that has yet to really be a hinderance.

I dig it with no fairing, honestly. I would want at least a speedometer, but that's just me.

but is having your plate at that angle legal? (not sure if its illegal here... but it would get you pulled over plenty )

Yeah I’m considering some sort of mini LCD speedometer that is extremely low profile and a small array of LED lights for neutral, turn signal, high beam, etc.

Hopefully I can make the whole package smaller than a tic-tac box.

A vast majority of things about my motorcycle are  illegal, strictly speaking, but since I have a headlight tail light working brake light and use hand signals the cops leave me along.

I’m ordering a new wiring harness to that I can customize and put on the bike which will get me working signals and such. I need to make a bracket to properly hold the license plate and illuminate it (no light at all right now) and get a speedometer of some sort.
